SOPs for interns after joining 

1. A passport sized photograph, self attested copy of resume and Aadhar card shall be submitted by the candidate along with the payment before or on the day of joining. It is mandatory and not subjected to  reimbursement after joining. 

2. Once the candidate has joined n made the payment, they  are liable to follow Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) applicable for all interns 

3. NDA and other documents of the clinic shall the property of the organisation and any failure to comply with the same shall be concerned a serious offence. 

4. Usage of personal phones in the consultant room, sharing phone number with clients, clicking pictures or videography without permission are prohibited. 

5. The candidate needs to complete minimum duration (as specified during their interview by the Founder )  and pass the periodic assessments or atleast an exit test for the purpose of certification. 

6. In case of any grievances, final decision of the CEO shall be considered.
